QUESTIONS

Frequently Asked

What's the difference between a tune-up and a service plan?+
A tune-up is a one-time service visit. A service plan is an ongoing agreement that includes scheduled tune-ups plus additional benefits like priority scheduling, parts discounts, no diagnostic fees, and emergency coverage — at a lower total cost than booking visits individually.
Can I add multiple systems to one plan?+
Absolutely. Multi-system homes get discounted per-system pricing. For commercial properties with multiple units, we quote per-unit or per-square-foot pricing with volume discounts of 10–20%.
Do you offer commercial service plans?+
Yes. We maintain commercial HVAC systems for offices, retail, multi-unit residential buildings, medical facilities, and more. Commercial plans follow ASHRAE Standard 180 with quarterly inspections, seasonal pre-checks, and documented compliance. Plans are quoted per unit or per square foot based on your equipment inventory.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Monthly plans cancel at the end of the billing period. Annual plans receive a prorated refund for any unused service visits. No cancellation fees.
Does maintenance really save money?+
A clean, adjusted system runs more efficiently and safely, and a tune-up catches worn parts before they fail mid-season. Plans also include parts discounts and documented records that help keep manufacturer warranties valid.
What areas do you serve?+
We serve Fairfield County CT (Stamford, Greenwich, Darien, New Canaan, Norwalk, Westport, Fairfield) and Westchester County NY (Rye, Port Chester, Mamaroneck, New Rochelle, Rye Brook, Larchmont, White Plains). Based in Stamford, CT.
